When will my order ship?

We try to ship in stock orders within 1-2 business days. However, we can not stock every part available from Club Car. That said, orders with items that have to be ordered from Club Car typically ship within 5-7 business days. See the shipping terms under the Store Policies section.

A part is in the diagram but not in the parts list?

The most likely reason is the part has been discontinued. We try hard to locate these parts from other sources but sometimes we are unable to do so.

My Credit Card / PayPal account has already been charged but my order has not shipped?

How do I know what year my car is?

The first 2 numbers of the serial number tell the year (example: AG9812-345678 would be a 1998). Use this link to help locate your serial number.

I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

Due to the number of emails/confirmations we send sometimes our domain is blocked by your service provider. Please check your bulk / spam folder first. If you do not find it there contact your email service provider and request them to unblock our domain.

How do I know if you have an item in stock?

We are working to get this information published but at this time there is no way to know this.
